Sky quest planner
Pick the classes you intend to unlock. Every quest they need is totalled against your bags, so an item wanted by two unfinished quests shows as short even when you are holding one — that is the case where handing it in costs you the other quest. Tick a quest off once it is turned in and its claim on your items goes away.
What to collect
One row per item, across every selected class. "Needed" counts the unfinished quests that want it; "short" is what you still have to find.
